What types of fish do you carry?
We carry a wide selection of freshwater and saltwater fish, including beginner-friendly species, exotic varieties, and rare collector fish. We also offer invertebrates, live plants, and corals.
Do you ship live fish?
We currently offer live fish shipping on a case-by-case basis, depending on species and destination. We use overnight shipping with insulated packaging and oxygenated bags to ensure the health and safety of all livestock.
What happens if my fish arrives dead or sick?
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on all livestock. If your fish arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will issue a refund or credit based on our Livestock Guarantee Policy.
Can I special order a specific fish or product?
Absolutely! If you’re looking for something rare or specific, we’re happy to place special orders through our vendor network. A deposit may be required.
